Telephone Number clickable

  • Hi,
    how can i make my telephone Number in the Headings Bar clickable, so every mobile user can easily call me?

    In the head code i see only “<?php _e(‘Tel : ‘,’i-max’); ?> <?php echo esc_attr($top_phone); ?>” is is possible to href a “tel”-command?
