Telephone number and uploaded files not shown in mail

Hi,
I’ve a problem with additional fields. They are shown in the form sur le page of my site and when I’m sending the form, everythings is ok. But in the mail I’m receving the telephonenumber and the uploaded file are not shown.
What can I do pour resolving le problem.
