Telephone number

In Japan, telephone numbers have several formats. In Japan, we usually use a trunk prefix 0 before the geographic area code, and some areas’ geographic area codes have four digits(i.e. Town Mori, Hokkaido, which the geographic area code in is 1374). However, the text input which is for the geographic area code can only accept 4 digits. I think it should be fixed.
