What CRM do you use? How does it capture the field value?

hello we use the crm integreted in sendingblue (now brevo). it capture the field with the shortcode

I don’t think Brevo has the “Telephone” attribute type.

Hello thank you for the reply. Brevo has a “type of attribute” that is “number”. and a “name of attribute” that is “telefono” or telephone in English. see the img.https://prnt.sc/w5tiq4GxK221

In our forms, we use this:

[tel* telefono placeholder “Telefono”] and it works. we get the email with the telephone number. But, if it is written with space between numbers, brevo do not capture it. Is there a way, a code, to avoid the typing of the telephone number with spaces. like when CF7 gives an error of typing
