Telegram Voice data

Hello, i would like to send voice data from the WP Telegram Plugin to the Telegram Channel. Is there a shortcode or any other option? Do i need to set the data as .OGG instead of Mp4 or anything else? It should look like i just recorded a voice-mail and below there should be the description of what iam talking about in this voice-mail. Its an Podcast or sth like this. Any ideas?
