[tel] maxlength and minlength feature removed?

Hi,

When I use
[tel* phone placeholder “半角　例）080-0000-0000” minlength:10 maxlength:10], it just prints out this on the page instead of rendering an input box. It only works when I remove the maxlength and minlength.

Just wondering if those attributes are removed?
