    New to Caldera Forms and quite new to WordPress. Have started with something quite challenging: a 7 page Form.
    Please proceed to page 2 with Next.
    1) Any way to eliminate the unwanted title on each page, in this case “Referrals”?
    2) Would like Next and Back buttons to be ranged right. Any way to make this happen?
    3) <Next> button doesn’t work after page 2. It used to: now it doesn’t. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Suggestions?
