    Yes, there has GEO Location module.

    Is technical support available 24 hours a day in the event of a bug on the site ?

    You will able to create premium support ticket and reply will be given within 48 hours. There has no 24×7 support.

    Ok I tested but the geolocation does not work correctly when there is more than one store
