    Hello,

    I have been trying to contact technical support for some times but could not reach anybody so far. I could fix most problems on my own but the latest is about activating PRO key on both staging and live url for which I believe your help is needed. Could you tell me if I write my support tickets on the right support platform?

  • For premium users the platform is https://support.codeat.co and the documentation is on https://docs.codeat.co/glossary/
    On the premium platform an account is automatically created when you purchase the license.

    If you need to enable the license also on a staging website you need to reach us, so we can add another website to your license as it is allowed to just have one.

    Ticket is created on the support platform, I’ll wait for a reply over there then. If you give me a way to contact you directly by email or other I can share the client name and direct link to the support ticket.

    Sorry I replied but as we switched to the new ticket platform the answer wasn’t public (I need to learn how to use it).

    Perfect, the problem are the other ticket that didn’t saw my replies but it is an internal problem XD

    Hi, I’ve tried looking up the answer to my issue but wasn’t able to find a solution, so I’m sending this along. I’m working on OS Big Sur 11.7.6. I have WordPress 6.2.2. I was using the “Under Construction” plugin and removed it but I’m not able to access or get to the Home Page directly. I can get there by going to my Elementor builder and then going to the Home Page from there but clearly something’s off. Thanks for any suggestions.

    I already add “advance google reCAPTCHA” and set the site key/secrete key, enable some selection what I need, but it shows to me seems not my want, it doesn’t work on the page of register, login, loss password, comment form… and it’s position is in the bottom right corner, how to move it to the form bottom of center?
