Technical Speech Theme and jquery menu

I’m using this clean, simple theme “Technical Speech” and have one issue with it. It uses a jquery expanding menu at the top and the expanding box has a set minimum length, this is only a problem if under that category of pages when you have less pages than the space allotted.

If you look at the menu item “Discography” you will see where there is only one page link and a lot of blank space. This is how some of my links appear as well.
