    Hello @torsten3d,

The trace log indicates that the error occurred during a login attempt, and it seems to happen sporadically. At present, the wp-admin page of the specified website is functioning correctly, and I was unable to replicate the issue using the latest version of WordPress.

It’s possible that a component of your website is conflicting with the Security Optimizer. My advice is to temporarily deactivate your other website plugins one by one, testing the login process after each deactivation while keeping the Security Optimizer plugin active. Should the error continue even with all other plugins disabled, try switching to the default WordPress theme for further testing. This approach will assist you in pinpointing the component that is causing the conflict. Once you identify the problematic plugin, I recommend reviewing its settings to ensure there are no overlapping features or configurations that might be causing interference with Security Optimizer.

If you need any further assistance from our side, feel free to re-open this thread.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Tsvetan,

    thanks for your fast reply.
I had deactivated your Plugin after my message, cause my client needed access to the dashboard.
That’s why it worked for you.

I have enabled it now again and deactivated all plugins, without effect.
The next step to change the theme (“Blocksy”) is difficult, cause this can have the site in case of widgets and sidebars then switching back.
I made a staging site instead, but have no error if I login here.
I will try to reproduce the error tomorrow.

    Best regards
    Torsten

Thank you for the update, Torsten.

Based on the tests you’ve performed, it appears that the issue may be related to the website’s theme. I conducted a few additional tests with the theme’s extensions activated and adjusted the theme settings, yet I was unable to replicate the issue.

Should you succeed in replicating the issue on the staging website, I suggest examining whether any custom configurations within the theme settings or extensions might be conflicting with the plugin.

If the issue does not occur on the staging website, it may be worthwhile to consult with your hosting provider’s support team to investigate any unusual behaviors or specific hosting configurations that might affect the live website.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you require any additional assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Tsvetan Mitev
