• Issue is like this: plugin works good but after sometime (24 hrs) it shows this error message “Unable to verify details, please try again after some time” instead of “pop-up subscribe form” but if i clear the cache (using WP super cache) plugin again works good. So the thing is i am not able to clear the cache again & again for this purpose only. So please fix the plugin ASAP.

Using: Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce (Version: 2.7)

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

We’re here to assist you with this one.

UNABLE TO VERIFY DETAILS PLEASE TRY AFTER SOME TIME ERROR:

We use one layer of security for our ajax requests, which is WP Nonce, but due to the caching mechanism from third party plugins/hosting, this security nonce is also cached, which causes this error: “Unable to verify details, please try again after some time”.In some cases, setting up a cache timeout in plugin settings reduces this kind of issue.?

How to get rid of this error??

We suggest you try the below steps to get rid of the error.?

    1. Navigate to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Settings Section -> Frontend Subscribe?Form Submission via one is WordPress AJAX (default) and the other one is WordPress REST API?Route. Try changing that option to WordPress REST API Route and checking it out (purge your cache and check it out).?

    2. If the preceding steps are ineffective, try Google reCAPTCHA v3 (Invisible reCAPTCHA) – this will require a Site Key and a Secret Key.(Go to Admin Dashboard-> Instock Notifier-> Settings-> Google reCAPTCHA Settings-> Enable Google reCAPTCHA and select Version-> V3, then Site Key and Secret Key (both fields are required for proper operation)).

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Instead of applying your solution “How to get rid of this error” i have switched to “in-line subscribe form” but now facing new error which is “Something went wrong, please try after sometime”

So please tell me how can we resolve the new one.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

As we reported earlier, this error might occur due to a cache timeout. For this, we suggest you follow the given steps and check it out.

    1. Is there any cache related plugin(s) activated in your site? If so could you please purge your cache(site cache/browser cache) and check it out.

    2. In addition to that, follow the steps to get rid of the error that we mentioned before.(Frontend Subscribe Form Submission via & enable reCAPATCHA V3)

    Let us know.

    Thanks.
