  • Hi there @devilroxx, thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you’ve received an auto-diagnostic message indicating an error with your WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin.

Based on the information you’ve provided, it appears that there might be a conflict or a compatibility issue with the mentioned plugin. I recommend you to follow these steps:

    1. Deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Payments to see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one until you find the one causing the conflict.
    3. If the issue persists with only WooCommerce PayPal Payments activated, try updating the plugin to the latest version.

If you continue to experience problems, please share with us your system status report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

Hey, @devilroxx! Thanks for sharing this information.

Were you able to run the conflict test my colleague suggested? It is important so we can pinpoint if the issue is only with PayPal, or if another plugin is conflicting with it.

We might need to direct you to the WooCommerce PayPal Payments, forum, as this forum if for issues on the WooCommerce Core. But before that, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
