Technical issue

  • Hi,
    I’ve some problems. I’ve modified some CSS for the header and now the website isn’t Responsive. It’s ok from the pc, but not from mobile device like smartphone or tablet.

    Besides I’ve need to Translate all the pages. I’ve tried to install some plugin like “qTranslate”, “Transposh” and others…but nothing work. Someone have tried to use something for a multilingual website?How?

    I’ve also would like to add a black background on the header (under the menu bar, the logos and the title). Can you help me?

    Is possible to fix the Header on the top with a background (not in the homepage, but only in others pages)? Maybe with black background or, better, the same image that is now on each page?(the piece of background-image with the three words “Integrity, Respect, Community” like this: https://s29.postimg.org/3vzanea3b/backgroundpage_01.jpg )?
    So the menu-nav scroll down in pages with an image background.
