    All right so I kept getting this error where I didn’t have permission to connect my woocommerce to facebook. I had done it earlier with another account and wanted to use another facebook account. I removed all connections to the previous account so that was not the issue. I thought maybe It’s on my side so i went to wp-admin/options.php and I cleared all the wp_facebook settings, I thought this might force a reset!

    This didn’t help though and now I get a different error,

    I don’t know where I can export an error log

    Can you please check if solution proposed in the first response of this support thread helps resolve your issue?

    If not, can you please get back to us with a screenshot of the error you’re seeing, and the System Status Report? (the screenshot you linked cannot be accessed)

    System Status Report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
