Team Panel or Keep Bio Data Of Team

My client have flight Booking agency and

I Need an admin panel for worker ?
Because When different Person Book flights His worker can
enroll the provided information along with tags in database and sent confirmation
of the booking within next 3 hour and
ii) They can edit Booking
iii) View Pending Booking
iv) Cancel booking

they need separate interface
so ? is this plugin can help in my case
or this plugin provided functionality to keep the bio data of employee ??
OR It Provide a Facility where Boss can keep eye on the employee and employee can do their work independently and final reports of their task is shown to Boss
