Team Page – "Content Not Found 404"

    I am following the video tutorial EXACTLY. I bought the premium version as well. I have created the team members, published the members, added them to the category. Then after I get to the part where I create a team (i follow the EXACT settings on the tutorial as well) and i publish it, when I try to view it, it says “Content Not Found 404″ then when i take the [team id=”1801”] and paste it into a new page and publish it, when I try to view it, it is just blank.

    I have done this over and over again following the video exactly and it ends up the same every single time. Please advise as soon as possible. I have an urgent project due.

    I really appreciate your help. (also it says version 3.1.12 – your dropdown bar did not have that option, so I chose 3.1.4)

    this might be the issue of permalink settings, please reset permalink settings.

    I just went to permalinks and reset the permalinks to default, saved and tried to make a new page with the team ID and it still did not show up. It is the same…

    Please help!

    Hi Paratheme,

    We resolved the issue. There were settings on Page Builder that was preventing it from working.

    Its looking good now.
