Team members grids with filters

Hello,

I’m trying to find a specific plugin but I don’t manage to find the right one, I hope you may help me. The goal is to display a company team members (140 people !) on a bilingual site, with filters and a link to a real wordpress page. Here are my needs:
– Multilingual plugin : with 140 people, it could be perfect if Polylang could be compatible because creating 280 team articles is long and overall, I need a language indicator because most of the plugins I’ve tried only suggest a shortcode without the language so how doig the difference between John Doe in french and John Doe in english?
– Display the team on one page with Picture, Name, Team and Job Title on 5 or 6 columns, sorted by name automatically, with a filter to search by Team and a search field to search by Name.
– When you click on the image, I don’t want a lightbox but to be able to enter a real link to a WordPress page because the people need to display / update their resume, publishings… (they are researchers so long content).

I use Avada Theme and the Portofolio fits all those requirements except the Search Field, I’ve tried to find a search plugin but they all works like WordPress search, they display a page with several links… I “just” need a Search who leads to the right people picture / name in my page…

Tx for your help cause I’m stuck on this since a few weeks now. I’ve found a plugin, the developper was OK to make some evolution for free, so I’ve bought the plugin and now the evolutions are not free any more ??
