Team Member Self Registration

Hi All – brand new to the WordPress so if I am out of line please provide a gentle correction ??
I am building a www.remarpro.com site hosted on Bluehost.
I am looking for a solution for clients to be able to self-register on one of several available teams (like a sports team for example) and pay for the registration. The solution should allow them to choose the team they want to register on. The solution should also track the teams realtime so that when a team is full no more clients can register, and it shows up as full to any new clients.
Is there such a thing out there? Thanks so much!
