team member carousel not responsive

    for some reason the team member carousel does not display 1 item on mobile devices (even when i’ve set this up correctly in elementor). This does work in the editor when viewing in mobile size.

    The strange thing is when i set this up the first time, it worked as expected and since then it’s failed to work

    The url https://dev.wearedelve.com/carousel/ shows a test of two different carousels setup on the same page. The top one works as expected but the bottom one doesn’t work and shows all 3 items on mobile.

    Can you provide a solution to fix this.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. From your WordPress Dashboard, go to Elementor > Settings > Experiments > Additional Custom Breakpoints > Inactive and save settings. After that, retry once.

    Hi Kawshar,

    it seems everytime i make a change to the page, and save it the responsiveness stops working. I have to deactivate, and re-actviate within elementor settings each time which is annoying.

    Is there a permanent fix for this?

    I have the same issue and the fix did not work. Mobile should be one column wide and it shows 3 columns. https://www.jh-analytical.com/about/team/

    I appreciate your concern. Our DEV Team is already working on it. Hopefully, we will bring a permanent fix in our future releases.

    @dbaedke, I just checked your website and found that EA Team Member Carousel is working fine on your website. Would you please check it again? You can check with your Incognito or Private Window of your browser. I hope it will also work on your end.

    I also have this problem. When it works in the browser, it is good, but when a website opens on a smartphone, it is not. Sometimes it is displayed well, but when you refresh the page, the responsiveness disappears and there are 3 columns instead of one. https://humanfocusedlearning.com/
