TDO Mini Forms-whenever I try to change the field size show me error

    Hi
    in TDO Mini Forms
    every time i try the change the field size in the Widgets Tags from “Form Hacker” it’s show me an error

    like this

    I don’t know what should I do !

    I just change the size from 60 to 42 !

    I am using wp 2.6.3
