TDO Mini Forms- Please help User form not linking to main site

    I can not get the user post form to show up on my main blog. When I creat a page it just creats a blank page, with nothing on it, no text color nothing, just a white page.

    How do I link it to my main site?

    How do get it to create a page I can link?
