TCPDF ERROR: SVG file not found – but it′s there

i get the error-message “TCPDF ERROR: SVG file not found: https://www.xyz.de/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/xyz_lo1.svg” (just example!).
Checked it and tried it separately, the file is there and i can open it in the browser.
What can i do to fix this?
