Taxonomy=product_type 404 error

Hello,

I’m struggling to identify the source of errors 404, pointed out in Google Webmaster Tools, referring to taxonomies of products, for example:

https://www.tumultuando.com.br/?taxonomy=product_type&term=external/page/1332/

I bypassed the errors with the creation of 301 redirects, but would prevent them occur.

Have included the taxonomy as URL parameter in Google Webmaster Tools for it to be neglected, but the errors are still appointed by the search engine.

Someone could indicate a way to prevent these errors from happening?
