Taxonomy URL not generating correctly

Hey all,

I have created a custom Taxonomy called ‘Contacts’. I am listing these at the bottom of single.php using ‘get_the_term_list’, but is not quite running right. The URL that is genereated by clicking on one of these contacts adds ‘contacts/name-here’ to the URL, meaning that it won’t work. So I’m wondering if there is a way of adding the ‘/’ at the start, or of perhaps even changing it entirely?
