    Hi Shabti,

I’ve been working on this issue for the last two weeks, but I can’t manage to find a solution.

Basically, as the title say, I have a frontend field group with a couple of fields where the user is supposed to select a taxonomy term using a search and select (dropdown) function.
However, if the user is everything but admin or guest (which means that only logged in users expect admins experience the issue which is really odd), the dropdown shows no results at all expect for: “The results could not be loaded.”

After a search online, I found out that also this guy is experiencing the same problem (https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/taxonomy-options-not-showing-in-select-form-get_field_object/)

Moreover, if I use the Radio Buttons or checkbox options (where the user is already given all the options) there seem to be no problem. The issue occurs only with the dropdown function, which is an important function since I have tons of terms for some taxonomies and I need a dropdown.

Do you have any idea of what might be causing this issue?

Thanks in advance for your kind support.

    Leonardo

Hi Leonardo, I hope all is well. I haven’t found the reason why you’re experiencing this issue. I’m going to close this ticket, but I hope you find a solution soon.
