Taxonomy settings not working

  • Hello,
    the category and section settings were working when all of a sudden they stopped. I tried deactivating the plugins and I also watched your instructional video on this topic, but nothing. Better said, somehow the categories and labels suddenly got disconnected. What should I do?

    can you explain what you did? Are you talking about mapping a taxonomy using an empty select/radio/checkbox field?

    If so did you check for PHP errors on your backend server? Any js errors on the form page?

    That’s beyond the support of this forum. You need to get answers on the general forum on how to debug your application. Set up WP_DEBUG mode on your server and inspect your browser console.
