Taxonomy page returns 404 page not found

We are using the latest version of plugin 1.7.11 https://prnt.sc/4zVJzWrCkQX9 in combination with Classic Editor not Gutenberg.
Here is the shortcode used https://prnt.sc/g5ehXPu6eMWh . When visiting this page we get a list of categories but after clicking on them it will throw 404 not found error. What can be the issue ?
