Taxonomy for pages

  • I understand I can group POSTS in categories and further custom taxonomies. In my case I want to group PAGES. I have hundreds of products which I want each to be a single page. Then I need/want to group/index them based on various criteria a) material (cotton, nylon, etc) b) product group (sports, toys, headwear) c) price level etc.
    Is there any way to index/group PAGES ?
