Taxonomy filters do not load on filter page

Hello!
I have returning problem, the taxonomy filters do not load on filter page. Please see the attached image:

It is happening on windows/firefox and on macos/safari. Full refreshing (Ctrl+F5 on win) the page does not help and browser console shows no error.
