taxonomy filter get 404

    Hello,
    I would like to use your plugin, it looks like this is exactly what I need… but when I setup my shortcode I have problem with custom post taxonomies.
    Plugin generates this URL domain.cz/custom-post/taxonomy-value/ – but it get page 404
    If I will open this URL: domain.cz/custom-post/taxonomy/taxonomy-value/
    it will work… any suggestions how to fix it?
