Taxonomy description edit-tags.php display error

Translated taxonomy descriptions will output the full shortcode syntax instead of just the part with the selected language.

Example:
You select english and write ‘Test1’ into the WYSIWYG for the description. You switch to german and write ‘Test2’ into the Editor again.
If you save that you will see ‘[:en]Test1[:de]Test2[:]’ if you select english and nothing if you select german.

Please fix this ASAP.

PS: Tested on multiple systems with different plugins. The error should not have its origin in another plugin.
