taxonomy checkbox_tree cant be empty?

hello,
i’ve add a metabox type taxonomy.
thats work perfectly, except if i want to select nothing.
Ineed, when i dont select any taxonomy, the function rwmb_meta( ) return ALL the taxonomies of my custom post type instead of ANY.
