Taxonamies count not updating correctly

Hi,
I tried creating a number of tour packages and for each packages I setted tour location, features to include and exclude and activity types. And the filtering based on these taxonamies obtained through this shortcode [travel-list style=’grid’ show=6] is also working.
But when viewing these submenu in the dashboard, the count is not updated, it is zero, and the travel location list shown through shortcode is also showing zero available tours for each locations.
