taxnomy value

in the given link i am using wpbakery page builder , am trying to get tag names of each post that belogs to using acf custo field. but its not getting it return the id only. and i tried this https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/display-taxonomy-term-name/ in the funcations.php using shortcode also. its not working. give me the solution.
