Taxes on recurring payments

Hello, I was trying to setup a recurring payment or subscription but I can’t seem to get the tax added to the total. Here is the code I was trying:

[wp_paypal button=”subscribe” name=”My product” amount=”100.00″ tax=”13″ recurrence=”6″ period=”M” src=”1″]

Any suggestions on how to get this working are greatly appreciated.
