Taxes not Calculated

Taxes aren’t calculated automatically in accordance with US tax laws. The US passed laws stating online sellers would need to collect Sales Tax from each online order depending on the destination address. I live in Oregon with zero sales tax, but I have to collect taxes based on where the item is shipping too. What exactly is the point of this plugin if it only collects sales tax from one place and not automatically calculated as it states?
