Taxes don’t support decimals…

When you enter a decimal number for taxes, it breaks the admin Invoices page (can’t add new elements, and selection of predefined line element don’t auto-fill fields).

If you selected 5.5% tax, Javascript error log is something like :

[DecimalError] Invalid argument: 5.5.00
