Taxable is missing

    Hello, the COD fee must be taxable but there is no option to mark it as taxable. It would be good to be able to mark it as tax inclusive or not, so it would be countable in the total tax the buyer pays. It is the best plugin for me but this luck of option is deal breaker. Would be thankfull if you can add this option anytime soon, and please let me know.
