Tax wont enable on the adminpage.

  • First, i’m actually running WordPress version 3.8.5

    The owner of the site wrote me and suddenly there were no taxes on the prices in the webshop.
    When i try to enable the tax in the top under Taxes it enable, but then i try to save and it’s disabled when the site update after save.

    Do anyone have any idea what this could be?

  • The site has the latest version of WooCommerce but old versions of WordPress and the theme. Camp is now at version 3.0. Did this problem happen when WooCommerce or other plugins were updated? For best results, WordPress, WooCommerce and theme should be from the same time, as this is the combination of versions that was tested and found to cooperate with each other.

    If updating WordPress and theme this can bring its own problems, so take a backup first.

    As you are using a commercial theme to which www.remarpro.com members don’t have access, you should first discuss the issue with the vendor’s support service. Their techs know the theme best.
