Tax showing on the orcer but not getting added or charged

    When users are checking out, everything looks fine. Their sales tax is showing correctly and it is added to their total. I’ve logged in as a user and confirmed this.

    However, when I go into their draft order, it is not correct. It is calculating/showing the tax but it does not add the tax to the Order Total and it does not charge through Stripe. I am losing a ton of money on this.

    This is what I see on drafts and on their final orders.

    Using WooCommerce Shipping and Tax set to automatic. This is not impacting all users so, it would seem that there is a setting for the individual user that is causing the issue BUT it is not impacting all orders by the users that are affected. It is occurring on most of their orders but not all.

    Additionally, this started on September 7th or 8th but I do not have a log of exactly what plugin may have changed at that time.

    Some tests I’ve done:

    1) I placed an order with Cash on Delivery, and it’s the same issue, so it’s not related to Stripe

    2) I then proceeded to disable every single plugin in the site except WooCommerce Blocks, switched to the default WooCommerce theme, cleared transients, cleared customer sessions, and the same issue occurred on every order.

    The only way I get this to work correctly is by using the default WooCommerce checkout, instead of the one created by the Blocks plugin.

    How do I fix that?

    Make sure to include the step-by-step instructions we’ll need to follow to reproduce this issue. That way we’ll know what we need to do to test.
