    Hi!

I have an issue that’s come up since updating to 3.0.0 ->

The new way of choosing the tax rates won’t work. It’s always stuck to the “Standard rate” position. It won’t accept any other choice. Every time I change it, it reverts back to standard rate after updating the event.

I’ve tried new events, old events, all tax classes, recreating tax classes, but nothing seems to work.

The taxes worked back when the tax options box was still in the sidebar.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello @skauppi

Thanks for your message, We fixed this tax class not saving issue in our latest version. If you not updated your plugin to the latest version please update it to the latest version. If you already updated to the latest version and still it’s not working then I suggest you re-install the plugin, just go to plugin list deactivate & remove the plugin then again install it from Add New plugin button. I hope your issue will be solved after that. If not Please let me know.

    Thanks & regards.

    Hey!

The installing / uninstalling thing seemed like a bit of a hassle, so I just went through our tax setup once again.

The issue was, that some of the taxes had different values in them, but had the same name in the table. For this reason the plugin didn’t pick up the right taxes.

Just a suggestion but if possible, can the plugin warn people about this issue if they come across it? Let’s say they have 3 different taxes that all have the same name. They showed up as tax 1, tax 2 etc. on the list, but on the actual table where you put the percentages, the name was the same. Could the plugin give a warning about this on the event creation page?

    Thanks for your assistance!
