tax setting problem

Hi dear,we have a great problem for set tax and vat for orders.

Our product price include tax,We want to change tax percent by change country,But product prices not to change.

Now,tax percents change by change country,But product prices also change.

Our plugin not premium version.

Please help us and if that need to upgrade to premium version,Guide us
