Tax rounded value is wrong

    Hi there,

    I have an issue with Tax round in the Cart.

    I have a Tax which is set to 21% (Spanish IVA).

    To reproduce:

        1) I added a product to the cart 15,42€
        2) Shipping is 4,50€
        3) Then, the total is 19,92€
        4) The TAX to apply is 21%
        5) Then the TAX to apply should be 4,18 coming from 19,92€ * 0,21 = 4,1832.
        6) Issue is that the applied TAX is 4,19 (instead of 4,18)

    I already switch this back and forth https://d.pr/i/Zroew2 but not working.

    How can I fix this?
