    Hello Woocommerce team,

    We are using the tax reports (https://woo.com/document/reports/#taxes) that come with WooCommerce to file our taxes. This worked fine until now, but now two of our three shops don’t show the tax rates anymore, just the % sign.

    The shops that don’t work use newer versions of WooCommerce (8.6.1 & 8.5.1). The one shop that still works has an older version (7.8.2).

    Do you have a solution for this problem? Or do you know what could have caused it?

    I understand you are having issues with the taxes on 2 out of your three WooCommerce Stores.

    Can you please share screenshots of what you see on your end? Please remove any sensitive information from it.

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your sites properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    We don’t have fatal errors in the log.

    Hi @larvafashion,

    I’ve conducted tests using WC 8.5.2 and 8.6.1, and I can confirm that the tax rates are displaying correctly on my Tax reports.

    Could you kindly conduct a conflict test? This will aid you in pinpointing the root of the problem. More info: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
