For the past 2 days I’ve been troubleshooting my store taxes not calculating and now I’ve discovered they work when I manually type them in the rate table but when I upload the csv file filled out with all the same tax information (exactly how the sample shows) the taxes don’t calculate. There are 1410 zip code rates in Florida so I’m trying to avoid typing them all in manually. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @cmauro139,

Have you considered using automated taxes with the free WooCommerce Services extension? It will automatically calculate sales tax for your store’s home state.

If that’s not what you’re looking for, feel free to upload the CSV to a service like Dropbox or Google Drive, and I’ll take a look.

    Best,

    Ross

    Hi Ross,
I figured out the City field was messing the calculations up, I use a * for the field now and make it zip code specific and it calculates.
    Thank you for offering support!
