Tax rates not being calculated and added in the shop, product & checkout pages

Hi,

Tax rates are not being calculated and added in the shop, product & checkout pages. Configuration is as expected, only the thing is the products are bookable and hey should be enabled only in India. Since the taxes are of two types, one with 9% & another with 10%, I’ve put them under standard tax rates but still I’m unable to see the tax calculations on the above mentioned pages for the bookable products.

I can’t update to WooCommerce 3 since it will break the Enfold theme(some parts are incompatible). Any suggestions as to how I can make it work?
