Tax rate (TVA) by product

Hello,
I’m trying to export my orders for adding them to OPENSI, and for that I need the tax rate for each product I try to get it with the field “Item Tax Rate”
I should, I have just got two possibilities because I only got 20% and 5.5% in my tax setting woocommerce, and it should be fixed value but when I use “Item Tax Rate” I get some value like 19.99 and 20.01 like the value was calculated.
Is there a way to get the tax rate by product without being calculated ?
