hi…it keeps having an issue where Covina taxes are being taxed at West Covina rates and vice versa. could you please fix so that correct rates are charged for West Covina (9.5%) and Covina (10.25%)?

    Thank you

  • Hey there, @adassets! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

To confirm, you are using the automatic taxes, correct?

Is this happening on every order from Covina or only some?

Do you mind sharing screenshots of the issue with us? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Do you have any other plugin or custom code that affects the taxes?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi.

Yes, this is from Woocommerce automated tax calculation.

This looks to be only Covina and West Covina. I believe this is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened.

No other plugin / custom code that i know of that may affect taxes.

    Thank you.

    Hey, @adassets!

    Thanks for the clarification.

I tested on my website and it seems to be working correctly.

    Covina should be 10,25%, right?

    And West Covina 9,5%, right?

So it seems there’s something affecting the taxes on your website.

Are all your plugins up to date?

Can you please share screenshots of how you have this set up so we can take a look?

    We need screenshots of:

    • WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes
    • Do you have anything on WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes > Standard Rates?
    • If you have reduced rates and zero rates, please also share those

Can you please share the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support so we can take a look at the plugins you have?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
