    Hello,

i got the issue, that all cities from croatia aren’t calculating the taxes, although i made in the settings for Croatia (HR) 19%. Only Zagreb and Istra are working fine. The system should calculate in each city 19% tax, but in every city (zagreb and istra not) it’s calculating with 0%. The curiosity is that when i’m getting an order from a city, where i have the issue, automatically woocoomerce is creating multiple identical lines with the name of the city. And for the city there is written 19% but it’s calculating in the invoice with 0% tax.
I hope i can make my issue understandable. I tried everything. Manually Tax, deleted all taxes and so on. Nothing helped.
I need to fix this issue. Every advice is helpful.

    Thanks a lot
    Best Regards

    Hi there,

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of how your taxes for Croatia have been configured? Also, please include a test address that we can use on our side ??

    Thanks!

    Hi @riaanknoetze ,

    thanks for your time.
Here is a picture from the first lines of my taxes:
    Taxes

Like you can see there is one line so often ( this is the city from the last order, which didn’t work, although there is written 19% it was calculated with 0% tax). This lines were created automatically from woocmmerce. At the beginning i just made one line for Croatia (HR with 19%).

I give you two adresses, which didn’t work from croatia for testing:
    1.) Vine? 332 f
    Labin 52220
    Hrvatska, Istra
    52220

    2.) Vijenac Jakova Gotovca 7
    Osijek
    Osje?ko-Baranjska
    31000

Zagreb is the only city from croatia, where i don’t have any tax issue.

    Thanks a lot

    Hello,
today again i got two orders from croatia. One was from zagreb (it went well), but the other one was again from another city, which didn’t work.

I am attaching two new pictures of my tax rates. You can see, that there were again automatically created lines, which are all the same and doesn’t work, even there is written 19%.

    Please help me ??

    Hi @morysk

You’ll need to drag the more specific tax tables above the more general rows since the top rows are met before the city-specific rows are.

    Dear @johndcoy,

thanks for your advice. I understand what you mean, but the general tax row for Croatia is declared with 19% too. Why did the system calculate with 0%?
And why is woocommerce creating hundreds of new lines automatically with the same details (19%, but calculating with 0%)?

    Thanks again
    Best Regards

WooCommerec does not create columns but it’s likely being done by a plugin or the active theme.
